
This avocado mask will leave your skin smooth and soft. If you want to add extra moisture to the mask, include the coconut oil, which is high in saturated fats.
1/2 avocado, peeled & pitted
1 egg
1 Tbsp plain yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process for 30 seconds. Apply immediately to clean skin and leave on for 5-10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Makes 1/2 cup.

ReplyDelete(I bought the coconut oil to make some homemade Magic Shell, but I think I can spare a tablespoon. It's probably put to better use with a face mask anyway :))
